I know the onboard works as I have had zoom sessions for months using Ubuntu! So what do need to do? Buy a new 10 computer? Buy a new video camera? With 3 to my name? This PSI process STINKS! Joshuaandrews I also had a Logitech HD 270p webcam that flashed several times but Secure Browser could not turn on completely. Open Secure and run it as administrator only issue was PSI video streaming was deny. Get Secure Browser restarted 5 or 6 times. I disabled firewall, Defender AV, allow for foreign apps allow location. OK, my is 7 years old, I have Windows 10.

It took me literally hours, like 4 + hours 2 miss exams to get what going on when few lines of this important information posted above install Secure Browser button would have solved this confusion instead of assuming everyone is using Windows OS! Well, JoshuaAndrews Another mistake 3 strikes am beyond annoyed. Good thing I have Windows on another partition or couldn't take the exam. Clear Browser history, & Use 10 OS! That is the take away! And disable Windows Defender and any anti - virus protections before trying to install Browser EXE file.

Exe and the fact that you need Windows EDGE Browser. They need to state what install Secure Browser is. I had logged in hour before the run around No exam. After hour and 3 browsers that all clear pre - exam screen and no help from their tech support yesterday, today I spent over an hour to avail and another test time out. You have to use Windows and disable Windows Defender to get it to run.
